2.1. Information from Business Owners
When you create an account as a Business Owner, we collect:
- Account Information: Your name, business name, and email address.
- Business Details: Information you provide about your business, such as location, event details, and pricing.
- Payment Information: We use Square as a third-party payment processor. We do not store your credit card or bank account details. We do store your Square Location ID and an access token to facilitate payments.
- Usage Data: We track your aggregate SMS message usage for billing and limit purposes.
2.2. Information from Guests
When you make a reservation as a Guest on a Business Owner's booking page, we collect:
- Reservation Details: Your full name, email address, mobile phone number, and the specifics of your reservation (e.g., number of adults/children, special requests).
- Contact Consent: Your agreement to be contacted regarding your reservation.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain our service.
- Process transactions and send you related information, including purchase confirmations and invoices.
- Send transactional messages, such as reservation confirmations, reminders (email and SMS), and notifications about service updates.
- Enable communication between Business Owners and their Guests.
- Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve your experience.
- Protect against fraud and unauthorized transactions.
4. Sharing of Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with third-party vendors and service providers that perform services for us, under the following circumstances:
- Firebase (Google): For application hosting, database storage, and user authentication.
- Square: To process payments for Business Owners and their Guests.
- Brevo (formerly Sendinblue): To send transactional emails and SMS messages.
- With the Business Owner: If you are a Guest, your reservation information is shared with the Business Owner whose service you are booking.
- For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
5. Cookies and Local Storage
We use local storage technology to enhance your experience. A "cookie" is a small data file stored on your device. We use local storage for essential functions, such as remembering that you have accepted our cookie policy, so we do not have to ask you again on subsequent visits. Our booking and admin pages are not functional without this technology.

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.
